Some 40 CRPF jawans had been killed in the February, 2019 attack, following which India sent in its planes to Balakot near Rawalpindi in Pakistan to hit some terror camps there. How successful was the Indian operation at Balakot is still a debatable point. In subsequent fight over the skies near the LoC, India had lost one fighter jet. ==Agencies, IHN=NN
