Central guidelines for the fourth phase of lockdown out:
Permission for ordinary train services.
Containment zones can be decided at district level.
Stadiums can open, their games can be televised, no spectators in gallery.
Bars must keep shut…
Cinema halls, shopping malls, gyms, markets to remain closed.
Restaurants can do cooking and home delivery, or give food packets; no entry to public inside hotels.
Inter-state buses can operate with permission between respective states.
All religious places will remain closed.
Those above 65 years to remain at home, except for essential works or medical requirements.

NEW DELHI: The national lockdown will be extended upto May 31. The National Disaster Management Authority has issued a circular in this connection to states. The lockdown, imposed on the nation since March 25 to face the Corona-related Emergency health situation, is being extended for the fourth time, this time from May 18, Monday.
The details of the regulations that will be in force and those that will cease to exist will be known tonight, hours before the end of the third stage by midnight tonight, official sources said. Relaxation will be done to states and regions that have less of a Covid-theat. Meanwhile, the states of Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and Punjab have extended the lockdown up until May 31.
The disaster management authority met earlier in the day to take a final call on the lockdown, and this was chaired by Prime Minister Modi.
Inter-state buses can operate, but with understanding between respective states.
Hotels, restaurants will have to wait for reopening, except for home-delivery of food etc; no inside food service will be allowed.
Elderly people as also children and pregnant women must remain at home, except for essential requirements.. IHN-NN
