CRASH: It was crash … parts of missing AN-32 IAF aircraft located over Arunachal Pradesh, all occupants dead

NEW DELHI: An AN-32 Indian Air Force transport aircraft with 13 personnel aboard was reported missing in the skies over sensitive Arunachal Pradesh on Monday. The aircraft took off from Jorhat in Assam around 12.30pm and headed for Mechuka Advanced Landing Ground (ALG) in Arunachal Pradesh. Half an hour later, it was missing, reports from Itanagar said. It is suspected that the plane crashed, but no wreckage could be located till evening. Army has also been pressed into service to locate the plane. IHN-NN
