NEW DELHI: Leaders of nations in the neighbourhood are expected to be present for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s swearing in in New Delhi on May 30. Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena has informed Delhi of his presence, after he spoke to PM Modi on Friday. When the Modi team was sworn in in 2014, leaders of SAARC nations were prominently present. Invitation has gone to Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina too, it is learnt.
